Contact Us: Tips, Corrections and Pitches
We answer messages within one business day. Tell us what you need and we will point you in the right direction, even if it is a different site.
Email is the quickest route for corrections and detailed questions. Select Contact to write to us with a short subject line and enough detail for us to act. Our inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we reply within one business day.
If your message is about a specific guide, include the page URL so we can find it without searching. For corrections, tell us what is wrong and what the correct figure or fact should be, with a source we can check.
Prefer a chat? Select Phone to reach us on WhatsApp. This is the official Rebeca Fenney WhatsApp line for short questions about a guide, a hotel recommendation or a correction you want to flag right away.
The number is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Jakarta time (GMT+7). Outside those hours, leave a message and we will reply on the next business day. It is a chat line for brief questions only: we do not take bookings, handle emergencies or provide paid consulting through it.
Write to us
If you prefer a form, use the message box below. Include your name, a working email and your message. When we get it, you will see a confirmation on screen, so you know it arrived.
What to include
- Tips: the hotel or route name and where you booked it, plus a photo if you have one.
- Corrections: the exact URL, what is wrong, and a photo or source that proves it.
- Pitches: the section you want, your topic, and a sample of your writing.
We cannot test every hotel or visit every destination, but a clear, specific message always gets a faster reply than a vague one. If you are writing about a trip that has already happened, include the dates and the booking reference so we can check the details.
For what we cover and how we work, see About Us or browse the Travel Experience section.
Where we cite standards or safety advice, we point readers to public bodies such as UN Tourism and national tourism boards, alongside our own reporting.
